Shipping Policy
At SLIDO, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for complete transparency on delivery timelines, charges, and related queries.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India through our reliable courier partners. For bulk or B2B international orders, please contact us at contact@slidohealth.in.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
   

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote or Rural Areas: 6–9 business days

Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local restrictions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹30 COD charge is applicable.
   

5. Order Tracking
You will receive an order tracking link once your package is shipped. For any issues related to tracking, feel free to reach out to contact@slidohealth.in.

6. Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked undelivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will initiate a return. Re-shipping will be done only upon reconfirmation of address and may incur additional charges.
