Refund Policy
At SLIDO, we take pride in offering premium-quality home improvement and utility products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
     

2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items that have been used or altered

  • Custom or special order items
     

3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [contact@slidohealth.in] with your order ID, issue description, and supporting images (if applicable).

  2. Our team will verify your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or return instructions.
     

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
     

5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you may initiate a return instead.
